Enterprise technology leader

Leading enterprise systems from architecture to adoption.

Maia Eliozashvili has spent over 20 years running ERP, CRM, integration and reporting platforms. She leads architecture, delivery and governance for enterprise programs, and brings AI to the systems the business already runs on.

Based in the New York Metro Area. Also runs Samgori Solutions, a NetSuite consultancy.

Why me

Most people configure enterprise systems. I run them, govern them and modernize them.

Owned the platform, not just the project

Years of running enterprise platforms after go-live: governing releases, retiring legacy code, documenting what matters. The work is designed to still make sense in three years.

Leadership and architecture together

Hands-on architecture and program governance in one role: the person who designs the integration also plans the release, sequences the risk and briefs the executive sponsor.

Compliance in the data model

Regulatory and audit rules built into the platform, not left to manual process. Access controls, conflict screening and audit trails designed in from the start.

Integrations that are governed

Canonical data models, API lifecycle governance and versioning across ERP, HR, document, marketing and survey systems.

AI grounded in the schema

Enterprise systems connected to AI through MCP, with a skill that holds the schema and vocabulary, plus usage and cost governance.

A buyer's perspective

IT Director twice, so scoping is realistic, budgets are plain, and advice includes what not to build.

Selected work

A few projects, in brief.

Readiness

Modernization roadmap, SuiteScript 1.0 to 2.1

National accounting, tax and advisory firm

The problem
Legacy custom modules need a defensible order of operations, not a big-bang rewrite.
The work
A four-tier plan (Urgent, Planned, Watch, Retire) that sequences rebuilds of custom modules on SuiteScript 2.1 and gives leadership one operating plan for CRM engineering investment.

Platform SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.1, NetSuite SDF

AI

In-CRM AI research assistant

National accounting, tax and advisory firm

The problem
Client and prospect research happens outside the CRM, so it never reaches the record.
The work
An in-CRM, retrieval-augmented research assistant that surfaces LLM-driven client and prospect intelligence directly inside user workflows. The first production AI touchpoint for CRM users.

Platform LLM APIs, RAG, SuiteScript 2.1

Integrations

Bi-directional ERP and CRM integration

National accounting, tax and advisory firm

The problem
Client, engagement and product data must agree across two systems of record.
The work
RESTlet-based microservice endpoints and event-driven user-event scripts for outbound sync across client intake, engagement letters, employees, profit centers and product master data. Covers client record creation and update, engagement intake to ERP project with a workflow configuration module and reverse sync, profit center database integration, service and product alignment between CRM and ERP, and a project status accuracy system. A canonical data model with API lifecycle governance and bundle-based versioning.

Platform NetSuite RESTlets, user-event scripts, SAP

Compliance and data

Independence screening and database system

National accounting, tax and advisory firm

The problem
Independence rules enforced by manual process fail under audit.
The work
An independence and regulatory compliance system. Restricted and reverse-restricted entity catalogs covering every attest parent and subsidiary, reverse-restricted databases tracking affiliations of non-client entities, full corporate hierarchy and ecosystem mapping, and service and client conflict clearance. Includes real-time violation alerts, an immutable audit trail and risk assessment. Compliance rules live in the data model rather than in manual process.

Platform NetSuite custom records, workflows, SuiteScript 2.1
